bgbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bgbd website located at bgbd.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered thereon. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the bgbd platform.

By accessing the bgbd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bgbd's responsible gaming tools or any other exclusion arrangement.

bgbd reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active bgbd account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your account identifier. The following rules apply to all bgbd accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bgbd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. bgbd accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• bgbd may, at its discretion, require enhanced identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.

If you suspect that a third party has gained access to your bgbd account, you must notify bgbd support immediately at [email protected]. bgbd will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include a temporary freeze on withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bgbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on bgbd:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment wallet or bank account registered on your bgbd account. For security reasons, bgbd does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts not registered under your name.
• bgbd does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. International card transactions may be subject to fees charged by your card issuer, over which bgbd has no control.
• Funds deposited into your bgbd account may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the bgbd platform. bgbd accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest.
• bgbd reserves the right to reverse a deposit transaction or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction forms part of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

bgbd processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within 1 to 3 business hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bgbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks within the timeframe specified by bgbd.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through bgbd's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.

11. Privacy and Data

bgbd collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bgbd.bet/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bgbd uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate relevant promotions and platform updates. bgbd does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bgbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bgbd operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through bgbd's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. In all game-related disputes, the bgbd server log shall be the definitive and final record. bgbd's decision in respect of any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate to formal dispute resolution where applicable law so permits.
